What is the Check-in / Check-out Policy?

The official check-in time is 3:00 PM (due to thorough cleaning procedures) and the check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like an earlier arrival or a late departure, please contact us in advance to check availability.

Do you provide parking?

Yes, free parking is available for our guests, which is located just outside of the property. Please note that the settlement of Damouchari is largely pedestrianised.

Is the accommodation pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons and to ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.

How far are the beaches and the harbor?

The accommodation is ideally located. It is just a 2-3 minute walk from the picturesque cove with restaurants and the old harbor, as well as the central beach of Damouchari with its turquoise waters.

Do you provide Internet access (Wi-Fi)?

Yes, free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, both in indoor and outdoor public areas.

How often is cleaning and linen change done?

Cleaning is provided. A complete change of linen (sheets, towels) is provided at the beginning of the stay.

Is there air conditioning (A/C) and heating?

Yes, all units (maisonette/apartment) have an autonomous air conditioning system (heating/cooling) for your comfort throughout the year.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing your meals.

Where can I find a pharmacy or mini market?

In the settlement of Damouchari there is a small grocery store for the basics. For larger supplies, you will find a pharmacy and central supermarkets in nearby villages, such as Agios Ioannis (about 5 km) or Tsagarada (about 7 km).
